Cityscape Global 2016

September 2016

Welcome to Cityscape Global, the world’s largest and most influential real estate investment and development event for emerging markets. From 6 – 8 September, over 250 local, regional and international exhibitors will showcase their latest projects and products at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

Recognised as the annual barometer for the real estate industry in emerging markets, Cityscape Global proudly celebrates its 15th anniversary this year.

Having consistently grown to become the world’s largest and most influential real estate investment and development event for emerging markets, this year’s show spans across 41,000 square metres of exhibition space, featuring new exhibitors showcasing global project launches. In addition to all the major regional players, the show features a broad range of international exhibitors including country pavilions from the UK, Bahrain and Pakistan.

Despite the current market slowdown, experts believe in the long term growth prospects of Dubai and the UAE, which is clearly evidenced through the numerous new project launches and projects on showcase at Cityscape Global 2016.

Events such as Expo 2020 and the launch of several major new leisure drivers, coupled with continued investments in infrastructure developments, constitute solid future growth drivers that give impetus to real estate development and send a positive message to investors.

Cityscape Global 2016 returns with support from the Dubai Land Department and Foundation Partners: Emaar Properties, Dubai Properties and Nakheel; Platinum Sponsors: Al Marjan Island and Union Properties; Silver Sponsor: DAMAC Properties; Registration Trustee Partner Tamleek; Project Marketing Sponsor AQUA Properties and Research Partner YouGov.
