A STAND-OUT YEAR FOR CITYSCAPE EGYPT
Cityscape Egypt 2015 was a huge success as the country’s largest property event welcomed more visitors than ever before.
Held from 16 -19 September, the annual property event for general home buyers at the Cairo International Convention Centre has delivered the largest number of daily visitors since its launch in 2012.
First time buyers and real estate professionals arrived to scout out their next investment amongst five jam packed halls showcasing the country’s key developers. Exhibitors have been launching an array of new projects, reporting record sales and even sell out phases on the show floor as thousands of visitors passed through the halls.
Wouter Molman, Group Director of Cityscape, said: “2015 has been a stand-out year for the event in terms of floor space, pre-registered visitors and attendees onsite. We are now looking at ways to expand our presence with an additional event set to take place on the North Coast.”
Palm Hills Developments have been awarded the coveted ‘Residential Project of the Year’ accolade at the Cityscape Awards for Real Estate in Egypt while the newly introduced Community, Culture & Tourism Project Award was scooped by the Abu Soma Development Company (ASDC) for Phase One of their Soma Bay master plan.
Running in the lead up to the exhibition was also the highly successful Egypt Real Estate Summit which witnessed an impressive turnout of more than 450 attendees.
